The olive production comes exclusively from the contributions of its members, who cultivate mixed and specialized olive groves in the Piceno area. The olives, still traditionally hand-picked, are delivered to the Cantine di Castignano oil mill.
Extra virgin olive oil
The oil obtained, analyzed and selected based on quality, is stored in a completely underground and dark room to preserve all its properties intact.
