Red IGT Templaria

  • Tight, robust red wine with a harmonious and persistent structure and soothing fruity notes. We recommend a wide glass to enjoy its rich aroma and appreciate its signature ruby color. Slightly bitter and velvety, it compliments roasted red meat, wild game, spicy cheese and pasta with filling.

    GRAPES: 50% Sangiovese, 50% Merlot

    13.5% ABV. Serve at 18 °

    Nose: intense and persistent, with clear notes of red berries
    Tasty: fleshy, intense and elegant, with hints ofvanilla

Offida Red DOCG Grand Master

  • Soil, specific exposure and an outstanding microclimate result in a wine with great personality. Grapes are treated separately with extended maceration and they are left to mature for 16 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottles. Elegant, complex, dry, soft, full-bodied, persistent, it goes perfectly with complex meat dishes.

    GRAPES: 85% Montepulciano, 15% Merlot

    14.5% ABV. Serve at 18 °

Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore Destriero

  • Made from grapes from a selected area between Ascoli Piceno and the coast, this wine is dry and savory and it goes well with mouthwatering dishes.
    We recommend decorking the bottle at least half an hour before drinking it.

Lacrima di Morro D’Alba DOC

  • Ruby red in color with purple hues, this wine is particularly fragrant, with floral notes of carnation, violet and pansy. Its intense and persistent flavor goes well with traditional local salami, especially Ciauscolo.

    13% ABV. Serve at 18 °

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

  • Produced from Montepulciano grapes, the wine undergoes a 7/8 day-long skin maceration (in order to extract polyphenols), temperaturecontrolled fermentation and static lees separation with frequent decanting during winter and spring. Deep ruby red in color, it is full bodied, soft, velvety, with an excellent moist quality and an elegantly balanced taste. Excellent with roasted and grilled meat.

    GRAPES: 85%Montepulciano, 15%Merlot

    14.5% ABV/ Serve at 18 °

    DESCRIPTION
    Color: ruby red
    Nose: aromas of black and Marasca cherries with subtle tones of rose and pansy
    Taste: dry, warm, soft with well-defined tannins, pleasant and with fruity notes
    Best with: roasted and grilled meat
