Our winery features sophisticated varieties of grape, some of them produced locally; these are at the heart of Castignano’s winemaking tradition . Producing quality local wines is a matter of regional identity.
Olive oil and mill
Grown locally using mixed cropping techniques, our olives are grown exclusively by the members of our cooperative. Traditionally hand-picked and processed at our mill.
