Made from grapes from a selected area between Ascoli Piceno and the coast, this wine is dry and savory and it goes well with mouthwatering dishes.
We recommend decorking the bottle at least half an hour before drinking it.
GRAPES: 50% Montepulciano, 50%Sangiovese
13.5% ABV. Serve at 18 °
Color: ruby red with cherry hues
Nose: intense and persistent, slightly ethereal
Taste: dry, full, harmonious, lingering
Best with: dishes based on truffles, mushrooms, strong-tasting meat. Interesting combination with strongly flavored cheese such as parmesan, pecorino and gorgonzola.
